EVERYTHING STATED IN THESE REGULATIONS WILL TAKE PLACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ANTI COVID_19 REGULATIONS IN FORCE AT THE TIME OF THE HOLDING OF THE XXIV EDITION OF THE EUROPEAN BIENNIAL OF FABRIC ART AND THE “WORLD FORGING CHAMPIONSHIP”.
The Autonomous Association for the European Biennial of Manufactured Art, henceforth referred to as “The Association,” is organizing a market to be held on September 03-04-05, 2021 in Via E. De Amicis, Stia (Arezzo) during the event of the Biennial of Manufactured Art 2021.
DURATION AND TIMES OF THE MARKET
The Market will start on Friday, September 03, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and end on Sunday, September 05, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.; it will see the presence of about 10 stations for the entire period. It will be open to the public every day from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., except for September 05 when it will close at 7:00 p.m. Public entry is free and will be regulated according to the current anti Covid_19 regulations at the time of the event. All exhibitors will be required to strictly adhere to the opening and closing times.

All participants must submit the entry form and suitable photographic documentation of the items offered for sale.

The Association will notify by email and/or regular mail the acceptance of the application to those who have been selected, by Sunday, August 16, 2021.

SELECTION
The Evaluation Committee will review applications received by the deadline of August 10, 2021 that fall into the above categories. Exhibitors and their products will be chosen on the basis of selection criteria aimed at protecting the quality of the event and its success, taking into account the following criteria:
The Autonomous Association for the Biennial of Fabricated Art will notify by email and/or mail to all subjects who have applied for participation, the outcome of the selection by August 10, 2021. Subjects admitted to the 2021 edition of the marketplace will receive, in addition to confirmation of their participation, a floor plan indicating their assigned location.
A list of those excluded will be drawn up by the same committee from which to draw, in case of renunciation or the need to drop accepted operators. This will include all those subjects with accepted products.
The list will be drawn up in chronological order of arrival of the application (the postmark and e-mail will be the proof). The excluded exhibitor will be notified of the assignment to this list and indicated the position in the ranking list.
RENUNCIATION AND PENALTY
Those who decide, after receiving confirmation of participation, not to take part in the event must transmit their cancellation promptly by letter and/or email communicated before August 16, 2021.
Failure to pay the registration fee and/or failure to communicate the cancellation after this date, implies the renunciation of participation in the event, then only a flat administrative fee corresponding to 50 euros will be invoiced.
Cancellation for serious and proven reasons (bereavement, illness, etc.) communicated by registered letter and corresponding medical certificate will entitle the participant to a refund. Verbal or telephone communication will not be accepted.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in exclusion from this event and from subsequent events organized by the Autonomous Association for the Biennial of Fabulous Art.
FAILURE TO HOLD THE MARKET.
In the event that the event after the opening takes place should be suspended or interrupted due to force majeure ,bad weather, etc.) the exhibitor shall not be entitled – not even partial – to reimbursement of expenses incurred and the participation fee.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
The organizer disclaims any liability for damage to property or persons resulting from weather (snow, rain, wind) or exhibitor’s carelessness.
In addition, exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to third parties (property or persons) in connection with their activity in the areas entrusted to them.
It is the obligation of each exhibitor to leave the stand and surrounding areas reserved for him/her clean and clear of garbage at the end of the event
